You found us! Many of our customers find us from a quick Google or ChatGPT search, looking for a digital conversion company with low prices, fast turnaround times, and excellent reviews. We offer all of that, as well as personalized service. We convert your old videotapes, films, photos, slides (and more), to a digital format (Flash drive, DVD, or cloud.)
We are locally owned and operated in Grayslake, Illinois, north of Chicago. We have been serving Lake County and surrounding counties, and customers throughout the United States since 2017.

Q: "I no longer have a VCR, so I don't know what's on these tapes."
A: "No problem! We make it easy for you. If we find blank tapes or tapes which are just old recorded TV shows, we skip those at no charge and only digitize the ones which are family home videos."
Q: "I have several dozen tapes. This is going to be too expensive."
A: "We don't have to do them all at once. If you'd like to start with ten or twenty tapes, we can do that, and you can drop off more tapes whenever you're ready."
Q: "Will I get my tapes back?"
A: "Anything you give us, you will get back."
Q: "Which method of payment do you take?"
A: "We accept cash, check, or Zelle, and we handle that once the work is finished. No down payment is required."
Q: "Can you fix broken videotapes?"
A: "We repair broken videotapes at no extra charge. We do not repair broken audio tapes."
Q: "I have a very large project. Do you offer a discount for large projects?"
A: "We do! We don't have a set discount, but we are fair and reasonable with the discounts we offer."
